探讨实施全程健康教育护理模式对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育护理模式的效果及影响。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年3月接收的100例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。观察组患者采用全程健康教育护理,而对照组患者实施常规护理,通过实际走访与问卷健康调查的方式收集信息,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的生活质量显示,观察组的分数为94.53,对照组为81.21,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度上,观察组患者的护理总满意度为84.00%(42/50);对照组患者的护理总满意度为74.00%(37/50),观察组患者的护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全程健康教育模式下,糖尿病患者的生活质量可得到有效改善,同时也提升了患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To discuss the effect of the whole course health education care model on the quality of life of patients with diabetes. Methods One hundred patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were selected as research subjects, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received the whole course of health education care model, while the control group received routine care. The information was collected by actual visit and questionnaire survey. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the quality of life of the patients in the two groups showed that the scores of the observation group was 94.53, which was higher than 81.21 of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 84.00% (42/50), the control group was 74.00% (37/50), the satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than the patients in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the whole process of health education, the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus can be effectively improved, and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
