摘要 在现代排球项目中,是以身体素质和综合能力为基础,网上实力为根本的时代,而运动员的竞技能力中,良好的身体素质是技战术充分发挥的基础。近年来,随着科研能力的不断发展,世界排球强国都非常重视运动员的身体素质,试图找到合适的训练方法,有效地提高训练效果,预防运动损伤。以排球运动员肩关节功能性训练作为研究对象,讨论它对排球基本技术的准确性影响。 In the modem volleyball field, physical quality and comprehensive ability should be taken as fundation, and athletes' attach and block strength is the fundamental part. In the competitive ability of athletes, good physical quality is the basis of giving full play to technique and tactics., In recent years, with the continuous development of scientific research, The world volleyball power attaches great importance to the physical quality of the athletes, trying to find the appropriate training methods, in order to effectively improve the training effect and prevent sports injury. This article took shoulder joint function training as research object and discussed its effect on the accuracy of volleyball basic technology.
