摘要
随着酒店行业竞争的不断加剧,培养和留住专业酒店从业人员是酒店保持强有力竞争的手段之一,也是酒店管理者需要考虑的重要问题之一。借助胜任力理论基础,通过访谈与问卷相结合的形式对酒店实习生进行相关调查,分析大学生酒店实习胜任力特征,从而为酒店专业人才培养和酒店行业提升等方面提供可借鉴的建议。
Cultivating and retaining talents is one of the most competitive way as well as the most important problem in hotel management with the increasing competition in hospitality industry. Based on Competency Theory, this study analyzes the feature of college students' competency as interns in hotels through interviews and questionnaires so as to provide reference for the improvement of both college education for hotel students and the hospitality industry.
