冷镜式露点检测系统的设计

摘要 为实现露点温度的精确测量,基于冷镜式原理设计了一套低成本、检测精度高、分析速度快、便携型的露点检测系统。该检测系统通过调节PWM占空比,实现对制冷器功率的有效控制。采用二次冷凝的露点检测方法,同时通过四线制铂电阻测温电路的设计,实现露点温度的精密测量。实验结果表明:该系统在-40~20℃露点测量范围内,露点测量精度优于±0.3℃。 For the precision measurement of dew-point temperature, based on the principle of chilled mirror, a low cost, high precision, fast analysis and portability dew-point detection system was designed. The system adjusted the duty cycle of PWM pulse to realize the effective regulation of cooler power. The precision measurement of dew-point temperature was realized by using the dew-point detection method of quadratic condensation and designing the four-wire Pt1000 temperature measuring circuit. The results show that when the range of the dew-point detection is in -40~ 20 ℃, the precision is better than ±0.3 ℃.
