摘要
低压缸排汽处于湿蒸汽区,排汽焓值不能够由压力和温度查得,低压缸的相对内效率亦无法准确计算。分析了目前凝汽式汽轮机低压缸相对内效率的求取方法,结合考虑低压缸内效率受排汽流量和机组背压影响较为突出,提出了通过变背压试验的方法找到低压缸相对内效率的最佳值,以此来作为低压缸相对内效率评价指标。
When low-pressure cylinder exhaust is in wet steam area, the exhaust enthalpy value cannot be checked by the pressure and temperature, so the relative internal efficiency of tow pressure cylinder cannot be calculated accurately. This paper analyzes the current calculating methods of relative internal efficiency for con- densing steam turbine low-pressure cylinder. Then considering the obvious impact of exhaust steam flow and the unit back pressure, it proposes to obtain the best value of low-pressure cylinder relative internal efficiency through the test of changing back pressure, which serves as evaluation index for low pressure cylinder relative internal efficiency,
