摘要
将低压缸、凝汽器以及与低压缸抽汽相对应的回热加热器视为一开口热力系,根据该开口系的能量平衡提出了一种在线计算排汽焓和低压缸效率计算方法。该方法采用改进型弗留格尔公式计算排汽量,根据高中压缸抽汽参数计算低压缸进汽量,避开了对低压缸湿蒸汽区的计算,计算精度较高。
The low pressure cylinder, condenser and extraction feedwater heating system of low pressure cylinder are treated as an open thermodynamic system. A method for online calculating of steam turbine exhaust enthalpy and low pressure cylinder efficiency is presented based on the energy conservation of the open thermodynamic system. The inlet steam flow of low pressure cylinder is calculated according to the extract steam parameters of high pressure and middle pressure cylinder and the exhaust steam flow is obtained by fiugel formulary The method can avoid the calculation of humid steam in low pressure cylinder and has higher accuracy.
