摘要 [目的]系统评价不同国家及地区的居民对老年性痴呆的认知、需求及对待老年性痴呆态度的研究现状,从而探索社区健康教育的针对性和必要性,提高社区居民对老年性痴呆的重视程度。[方法]计算机检索PubMed、CNKI、维普、万方等数据库,收集2016年9月20日前发表的关于居民(老年人及其照顾者)对老年性痴呆认知、态度及相关健康知识需求的相关调查性研究,由2位研究员按纳入排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并进行分析研究。[结果]居民对老年性痴呆的相关知识掌握不足,亟待提高,尤其是老年性痴呆的常识、沟通技巧及相关照顾等方面;对健康知识获取方式的要求形式多样,比如面对面交谈、报纸、广播、电视、电话咨询等;不同地区对待老年性痴呆的态度也存在差异性。[结论]根据居民对老年性痴呆的认知、态度及需求现状,应提高居民的重视程度,并制定合理的个性化健康教育方案。 [Objective]To explore and compare the residents cognition, health demands, attitudes towards Alzheimer Disease between different countries, and to explore the necessity of community-based health education, and improve the community residents attention to the dementia. [Methods]We searched literature from PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang database, and VIP database before September 20th, 2016 to select articles of the residents cognition, demand and attitude towards Alzheimer disease. Two evaluators independently reviewed and selected articles based on predetermined selection criteria and used to conduct research and analysis. [Results] Residents of senile dementia related knowledge were not enough, and need to be strengthened, especially the common sense of dementia, communication skills and related care, etc. Different areas to treat senile dementia attitude also existed differences. Requirements with respect to the manner of health knowledge acquisition was a variety of forms, such as face to face communication, newspapers, radio, television, telephone consultation, etc.[Conclusion]More attention should be paid to improve prevention consciousness and correct cognition for people for Alzheimer Disease. The systematic, planned and focused health education should be provided.
