摘要
为了提高湖南某矽卡岩型钨矿尾矿中萤石回收质量,在浮选回收萤石精矿时采用水系磁处理浮选工艺与常规浮选工艺相比较,试验研究结果表明,在不改变常规浮选工艺流程的条件下,采用强磁对浮选用水进行磁化处理后,可以提高浮选捕收剂、抑制剂对矿物的作用效果,提高萤石的精矿质量和回收率;同时可以减少浮选中捕收剂和抑制剂的药剂用量。试样在水系磁处理条件下,进行了一次粗选、五次精选、二次扫选闭路流程,最终获得品位97.31%、回收率94.53%的萤石精矿,并且萤石精矿中SiO_2含量为0.68%,CaCO_3含量为0.81%,属于FC-97A合格萤石精矿产品。
In order to improve the quality of fluorite from a skarn tungsten tailings, magnetization treatment flotation was used compared with conventional flotation technology. The results showed: without changing the process, magnetization flotation technology can promote the effect of regents on minerals, reducing regents consumption, and improve the fluorite index. Through the closed circuit of magnetization flotation technology with one roughing, two scavengings, five cleanings, obtained the fluorite concentrate with grade of 97.31% , recovery of 94.53%, and SiO2 content 0.68%, CaCO3 content 0. 81% was obtained, which belongs to FC-97A qualified fluorite concentrate product.
