摘要
电化学传感器因具有灵敏性高、选择性好、制备成本低、操作简单、携带方便、抗干扰性强等优点。电化学传感器在环境监测、临床诊断、食品工业以及地球化学分析等领域都得到了高度的关注和广泛的应用。文章针对两种基于三维多孔纳米材料构建的电化学传感器,分别介绍了其工作原理和检测性能,讨论了电化学传感器在地球化学分析中的应用,最后对电化学传感器在地球化学分析领域的发展方向进行了展望。
Due to the advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity, low-budget, easy operation, portability and excellent capacity of resisting disturbance, electrochemical biosensor draws high level attention and is applied widely in various areas including environmental monitoring, clinical diagnosis, food industry and geochemical analysis. This paper introduced the working principles of two electrochemical biosensors and the methods for the immobilization of biomolecules on the electrodes surface, and then highlights the applications of electrochemical biosensor in geochemical analysis, giving prospects of the future development of the electrochemical biosensor in geochemical analyzing field.
