摘要
苏州正在积极推进人才强市战略和创新驱动发展战略,提升人才资源对产业转型升级的推动和引领作用。文章通过对电子信息行业71家企业调研,梳理产业紧缺人才的岗位类型、岗位职责、任职能力和专业要求,分析人才紧缺原因,并结合苏州工业职业技术学院"送教进企"的研究与实践,指出了培养紧缺人才的途径。
Suzhou is carrying out the strategy of developing itself through talents and innovation, which highlights the leading role of talents in the transformation and upgrading of industries. This paper, through investigating 71 information-technology enterprises, sorts out the types, responsibilities and de- mand of talents. Furthermore, through analyzing the reasons and combining the practice of "sending teachers to enterprises", it proposes the ways of cultivating talents with special skills.
