摘要
在社会治安形势严峻、警务专业化和现代警务机制发展的背景下,合成警务应运而生,具体是指通过高效指挥、规范运作,实现打防控一体化,进而提高公安机关驾驭社会治安整体能力的管理和职务活动。合成警务效益的实现需要运行机制作为有效保障。通过指挥控制机制、情报信息机制、合成作战机制、配套保障机制、绩效考评机制和反馈评估机制等六大机制的有效运行,最终实现合成警务整体效应的最终显现。
For the serious situation of public security, the trend of professional policing and modem policing, the synthesis policing appears, and it refers to realizing integration of fighting, preventing and control crimes by efficient commanding and normative operation, and then improve the ability of controlling the public security situation for the police. Operation systems are the support of synthetic effect which include commanding system, information system, synthesis combating, resource guarantee system, performance appraisal system, feedback and accessing system.
