摘要
随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》等文件的颁布,农村学前教育的发展已成为我国各级政府工作的重点。相对于公办幼儿园,我国农村民办幼儿园却面临着园所保教设施落后、教师队伍不强且师资队伍不稳定、政府管理边缘化、民办园之间生源竞争激烈、幼儿园教育被迫"小学化"等一系列生存困境。为应对这些生存困境,各级政府有必要加强对农村民办幼儿园的财政支持和灵活管理,完善对农村民办幼儿园园长任职资格的审查,保障农村民办幼儿园教师的基本权利,以此促进我国欠发农村地区民办幼儿园的可持续发展。
With the promulgation of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan （2010 -2020） , the development of rural preschool education has become the focus of all levels of government work in china. With respect to public kindergartens, private kindergartens in rural areas of our country are facing a series of survival plight, such as teaching facilities is poor, the teachers are backward and unstable, the government does not attach importance to the management of private kindergartens, competition among private garden students is too fierce, kindergarten education is forced to ＂ primary school＂ and so on. In order to cope with these difficulties, it is necessary to strengthen financial support and flexible management, improve the qualifications of rural private kindergarten review, and guarantee he basic rights of rural private kindergarten teachers promote the sustainable development of private kindergartens in rural areas in China.
