摘要
目的针对儿科护士离职现状,分析原因,创建新的绩效考核体系,提高护士工作积极主动性和满意度,稳定儿科护理队伍。方法分析离职原因后,从工作量、工作质量、满意度、工作能力、出勤等方面入手,制定并实施新的绩效考核方案。结果护理质量提高,患者、医生和护士对护士满意度提高,护士请假换班次数减少,无一护士离职。结论通过绩效考核方案的实施,护士满意度提高,护理质量提高,护理队伍稳定,护理质量和患儿安全得到了保证。
Objective In view of the status quo of pediatric nurses' turnover, analysis of the reasons, the establishment of a new performance appraisal system, improve the nurses' work initiative and satisfaction, stabilize the pediatric nursing team. Methods Analysis of the reasons for leaving, from the workload, work quality, satisfaction, ability to work, attendance and other aspects of the development and implementation of new performance appraisal program. Results To improve the quality of nursing, patients, doctors and nurses to improve nurse satisfaction, nurses leave without a reduction in the number of shifts, nurse turnover. Conclusion Through the implementation of the performance appraisal program, nurses satisfaction, improve the quality of care, nursing team stability, quality of care and children's safety has been guaranteed.
