摘要
目的观察益胃玉液汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)气阴两虚证的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2016年9月我院收治的气阴两虚证CAG患者114例,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予患者常规西药治疗,研究组给予常规西药联合自拟益胃玉液汤口服治疗,2组均以30 d为1疗程,临床治疗3个疗程观察临床效果。结果对照组和研究组临床治疗有效率分别为77.19%和92.98%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组中医证候积分改善且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟益胃玉液汤治疗气阴两虚证慢性萎缩性胃炎能够明显改善患者症状,有效提高临床治疗疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiwei Yuye Decoction in the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin CAG patients. Methods 114 CAG patients with syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin treated in our hospital from June 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and control group. Patients in the control group were administered conventional western medicine, and study group were administered the conventional western medicine combined with self-prescribed Yiwei Yuye Decoction, both of which were treated 3 circles of each 30 days and the clinical effect was observed. Results The effective rate in the control group and study group was 77.19% and 92.98%（P〈0.05）, respectively. The posttreatment syndrome integral of study group was obviously improved and significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-prescrbed Yiwei Yuye Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms in CAG patients with syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin, and improve clinical curative effect.
