摘要
目的研究营养支持疗法在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月所收治的116例重症急性胰腺炎患者的资料,随机分为对照组(常规治疗和护理方法)和研究组(营养支持疗法),每组58例,两组患者观察期均为60 d,对比两组患者的疾病控制情况、治疗效果。结果对比两组患者的治疗效果以及患者满意度,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养支持疗法对重症急性胰腺炎患者具有显著的治疗和控制作用,对降低患者死亡率、提高患者康复速度、改善临床治疗质量具有积极而明显的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition support therapy in patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 116 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group （routine treatment） and study group （nutrition support therapy） with each group of 58 people. The observation period of both groups was 60 d, and symptom management and treatment effect were compared between two groups. Results Compared the two groups of patients with treatment effect and patient satisfaction, study group was significantly better than the control group A, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nutrition support therapy has significant effect on the treatment and management of patients with severe acute pancreatitis, positive and significant influence on reducing the mortality of patients, improving patient recovery rate, and the quality of clinical treatment.
