摘要 现代通信技术的飞速发展促进了通信系统性能评测的同步发展。高效而准确的语音质量客观评测技术,是提升通信系统性能的主要技术之一。以客观评测技术PESQ算法为技术支撑,提出了采用模块化设计的语音评测系统,较好地解决了目前公司中语音质量评测技术上的不足。通过对几种常用语音编解码后的语音质量进行客观评测,选出适合该特定通信系统的语音编码模式,使语音客观质量评测系统能够应用在实际的通信环境中。 The rapid development of modem communication technology promotes the simultaneous development of communication system performance evaluation, efficient and accurate speech quality objective evaluation technology is one of the main technologies for communication system performance ascension. With objective evaluation technology PESQ algorithm as the technical support, the modular design evaluation system for the Voice quality evaluation is proposed, thus to fairly solve solve the insufficiency of speech quality evaluation technology for the present company. Based on the objective voice quality evaluation of common codec speech, the specific speech coding mode suitable for the communication system is selected, and experiment indicates that this speech quality objective evaluation system could be applied in the actual communication environment.
