摘要 泡沫轻质土是由预制出泡沫和水泥砂浆均匀混合、硬化而成的一种多功能材料,具有多重优点,在铁路系统路基处理上大量运用,因此在研究泡沫轻质土各种原材料性能,以及在大量试验和生产实践基础上,运用数理统计等各种方法,设计出既能满足泡沫轻质土干密度、强度等各项技术指标,又能经济合理、易于操作的泡沫轻质土原材料配合比,以指导生产施工就显得尤为重要。 Foamed light soil is well-proportioned mixed by prefabricated foam and cement paste and then is hardened into a multi-function material, which has many advantages which lead to the extensive application in processing railway roadbed. Based on the study of various functions of raw material of foamed light soil, a large number of experiments and production practice, this paper designed a mixing proportion of the raw materials of foamed light soil, which could be either qualified for dry density, intensity and other technical indexes, or be economical and operable by using mathematical statistics and other methods, this design is particularly important for instructing construction.
