摘要
在对既有桥梁进行抗震加固之前,首先要对桥梁进行抗震评定。本文通过实例,介绍了美国在对高速公路桥梁进行抗震评定时所采用的具体方法。该方法从地震的危害大小和结构本身的易损程度两个方面来判定桥梁结构的抗震评定等级,概念清楚,易于操作,可为制订我国的抗震评定及加固手册借鉴。
An efficient and comprehensive retrofitting program requires that structures be rated according to their need for seismic retrofitting. A preliminary seismic evaluation process of USA is introduced. The bridge rank is based on a structural xallnembility rating and a seismic hazard rating. The higher the score is, the greater the need for the bridge to be retrofitted. A case of this process is presented at the end of this paper.
