摘要
"互联网+"实现了与多个领域的高度融合,也给高校人才管理工作带来新机遇。目前我国高校人才管理整体现状不容乐观,存在管理理念陈旧、管理手段落后、缺乏完善的管理系统等问题。高校可以充分利用"互联网+"平台,坚持以人为本的管理理念,加强与其它机构的协同合作,积极促进管理体制创新。通过树立科学的人才管理目标,建立人才管理信息化支持系统等方式,构建完善的高校人才管理体系,结合动力保障、调控决策与协调教育机制,打造适应社会需求的高素质人才队伍。
The Internet+ achieves a high degree of integration with a number of areas, and also brings new opportunities for talent management. At present, the overall situation of talent management in colleges and universities is not optimistic. There are outdated management ideas, backward management methods, lack of perfect management system and other issues. Universities can make full use of the Internet+ platform, adhere to the people-oriented management philosophy, strengthen cooperation with other organizations, and actively promote the innovation of management system. Through establishing the scientific talent management objectives, the establishment of personnel management information support system, building the management system of university personnel and improve the combination of dynamic security, control decision and coordination mechanism of the education, to adapt to the social demand of talents.
