摘要
多西紫杉醇是第2代紫杉烷类广谱高效抗肿瘤药,目前已被FDA批准临床上用于卵巢癌、乳腺癌等的治疗。多西紫杉醇聚合物胶束因具粒径小、靶向型强、增加疏水性药物溶解度等优势而成为了一种具有发展前景的纳米级新剂型。本文综述多西紫杉醇聚合物胶束的研究背景、研究意义,分析不同类型聚合物胶束的优劣,并展现国内聚合物胶束的研究进展及不足。
Docetaxel (DTX) , which is an effective broad-spectrum antitumor drug of the second generation taxanes, has been approved by FDA for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer, breast cancer, etc. DTX-loaded polymeric micelles have become a new nanometer dosage form with bright development prospect because it has the characteristics of small particle size, targeting, and can increase the solubility of hydrophobic drugs, etc. This paper reviewed both the background and significance of DTX-loaded polymeric micelles, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of polymeric micelles, and introduced the progress of domestic research on DTX-loaded polymeric micelles and the insufficiency of the research.
