摘要
目的综述药物多晶型的研究进展,强调药物多晶型研究的意义。方法查阅近年来有关药物多晶型制备及检测的文献,进行研究分析。结果通过文献研究,重点阐述了药物多晶型的概念及其研究意义,并就晶型药物的制备和检测方法的进展进行了综述。结论药物的晶型直接关系到药物的药理作用和用药安全,对新药研发具有重要意义。
Objective To summarize the recent progress in the research of pharmaceutical polymorphs,and to emphasize the importance of polymorphic drugs research.Methods The recent literatures about preparation and detection methods of polymorphic drugs were checked out,then research analysis was carried out.Results Through literature research,this article focused on the concept and significance of pharmaceutical polymorphs.Also the preparation and detection methods of polymorphic drugs were reviewed.Conclusion Drug polymorphs directly impact on the pharmacological effects and drug safety.Pharmaceutical polymorph is important for drug development.
