摘要 早期教育是基础教育的起始阶段,成功的早期教育无论是对个体还是对国家而言,都具有重大意义。我国早期教育的健康快速发展,可积极借鉴英美发达国家早期教育在政策法规、行业标准、督导评价、师资队伍专业化等方面的成功经验,通过完善政策法规、健全保障机制;建立行业标准,加强督导评价;完善师资从业标准,推进师资专业化;构架共同体,推进家园共育等政策措施得以实现。 Early education is an initial stage of basic education, and its success is of great significance not only to the individual but to the country as well. To unsure a rapid and healthy development of early education in China, we can actively draw lessons from early education in western developed countries in its policies and regulations, industry standards, supervision and evaluation and spe- cialized teachers. By improving policies and regulations, strengthening protection mechanism, establishing industry standards, enhanc- ing supervision and evaluation and improving teachers employment standards, we promote the specialization of teachers and construct a community in which both family and kindergarten cultivate children.
