摘要
目前,对诱导轮对航空燃油离心泵的性能影响认识不足,针对此问题,设计了等螺距和变螺距两种形式的诱导轮,对其进行数值研究。在数值计算过程中,对采用等螺距诱导轮、变螺距诱导轮和不采用诱导轮三个模型在0.6Q、0.8Q、1.0Q、1.2Q、1.4Q五种工况下进行数值模拟,得到了外特性曲线以及泵内流场速度、压力分布。分析结果表明:在燃油泵主叶轮前添加诱导轮,可以小幅度提升泵扬程,较大程度提高泵的效率,相比于等螺距诱导轮,变螺距诱导轮的改善效果更好;添加诱导轮后,主叶轮入口流动情况得到改善,尤其在大流量工况下,低压区的分布减少,诱导轮对泵内流动的影响主要在叶轮进口处。
Target at the problem that the insufficient understanding about the influence of inducer on avia- tion fuel centrifugal pump performance,design two kinds of inducers which are constant pitch and variable pitch and conduct the numerical analysis on them.During the numerical calculation process,conduct the nu- merical simulation on three models which adopts constant pitch inducer,varying pitch inducer and no in- ducer respectively under five different working conditions of 0.6Q,0.8Q, 1.0Q, 1.2Q and 1.4Q,obtain the external characteristic curve and flow field speed and pressure distribution inside the pump. By analyzing the results,it shows that add the inducer in front of the main impeller of fuel pump can improve the pump lift in a small extent and improve the pump efficiency in a relative large extent, the improving effect of var- ying pitch inducer is better than it of constant pitch inducer;after the inducer is added, the flow situation in the inlet of main impeller has been improved,especially under the condition of large flow rate working con- dition,the distribution in low pressure area decrease and the influence of inducer on pump internal flow mainly exists in the inlet and outlet of impeller.
