摘要 燃油泵是航空发动机燃油系统的重要附件,对高性能燃油泵的设计研究一直是航空发动机及其控制系统发展的关键技术之一。针对现代航空发动机需要转速高、流量大、压力高的高性能燃油泵的特点。为提高现有发动机的性能,在传统的设计方法(速度系数法)的基础上,设计出离心—旋涡组合泵中的高压离心泵,并结合现代计算机技术,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT进行不同工况下高压离心泵内部流场的数值仿真。仿真结果表明,所设计的高压离心泵满足设计要求,达到了预期设计目标。 Fuel pump is a major fuel accessories system of aero-engine, and researching on high performance fuel pump has been a key technology in the development of aero-engine and control system. For the character of the high speed, high flow and pressure of high performance fuel pump used in modern aero-engine, first, a high-pressure centrifugal pump in centrifuge-eddy combination pump was designed based on traditional design method (speed coefficient method) combined with modern computer technology. And then, different operating conditions of the high- pressure centrifugal pump was simulated using computational fluid mechanics software FLUENT. The simulation resuits show that the requirements and the desired design goals of the high-pressure centrifugal pump were achieved.
