摘要
了解我国电气工程学科人才培养现状,是提升学科人才培养水平、满足构建全球能源互联网对人才需求的基础。本文阐述了我国电气工程学科人才培养目标与知识体系现状,并与国外高校进行了对比分析。本文的论述能够为全球能源互联网背景下的人才需求分析和人才培养框架制定提供思路。
investigation and analysis of present situation of talent cultivation for electrical engineering is the basis of enhancing talent cultivation level and satisfying the talent demand of constructing global energy interconnection. This paper states the present situation of talent cultivation goal and curriculum system, and compares with the uni- versities overseas. This paper about the analysis of present talent cultivation situation of electrical engineering disci- pline in China will provide reference to the demand and advice of electrical talent cultivation.
