摘要
陶行知的"生利主义职业教育""人生志在创业""生活即教育""创造的教育"等思想对高职创新创业人才培养具有重要启示意义。面对经济发展新常态,学生发展新需求,人才培养新体系,高职创新创业教育已经成为时代的呼唤,陶行知教育思想为创新创业人才培养引导了方向。高职的生利教育、产教融合、专业设置、三大功能、学生特点等与创新创业教育有着应然的逻辑关系,为创新创业人才培养明确了目标。杭州科技职业技术学院创建的行知思想引领的创新创业教育体系实证了人才培养成效。
Tao Xingzhi＇ s thoughts on ＂education for independent career＂ , ＂life＇ s goal is to start an undertaking＂ , ＂life is education＂ and ＂creative education＂ have significant enlightenments to the current innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. In the face of the new norm of economic development, new needs of students＇ development, and new system of talents cultivation, the innovation and entrepreneurship education of higher vocational colleges has become the call of the times. Tao Xingzhi＇ s thoughts points out the direction of talents training of innovation and entrepreneurship. There is an inevitable logical relationship between education for independent career of higher vocational education, combination of production and education, specialW setting, the three functions, the characteristics of the students and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Technology＇ s education system of innovation and entrepreneurship led by Tao Xingzhi＇ s thoughts shows the effect of talents training.
