摘要
近年来,随着我国高职院校的建设和发展,"三全育人"成为发展职业教育的重要指导理念,同时创新创业教育逐渐兴起,成为引领高职教育改革的重要推动力和突破口。在厘清"三全育人"、创新创业教育以及全人教育内涵概念的基础上,分析了高职院校"三全育人"与创新创业教育融合发展的可行性和必要性,二者融合发展,有利于高职院校落实创新型高技能人才的培养任务。
In recent years,with the construction and development of China’s higher vocational colleges,"three complete education"has become an important guiding concept for the development of vocational education.At the same time,innovation and entrepreneurship education is gradually rising,becoming an important driving force and breakthrough to lead the reform of higher vocational education.On the basis of clarifying the connotation concepts of"three complete education",innovation and entrepreneurship education and whole person education,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the integration development of"three complete education"and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.The integration development of the two is conducive to the implementation of the training task of innovative high-tech talents in higher vocational colleges.
