海洋水产养殖户参与碳汇渔业生产的意愿及其影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Willingness of Marine Aquaculture Households to Participate in the Production of Carbon Sink Fishery and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 以山东省沿海475户水产养殖业主的调查数据,采用二元Logit回归模型对其进行参与碳汇渔业生产的意愿进行分析。研究结果表明,现阶段养殖户参与碳汇渔业的意愿不太强烈,愿意参与碳汇渔业的养殖业主占27.8%;调查样本显示,文化程度越高、养殖收入占家庭收入的比重越大、养殖规模越大、养殖场位于养殖示范区、认为气候与环境变化对渔业生产影响大、了解气候与环境变化问题的途径越正规、对国内外应对气候与环境变化行动的越了解、对通过碳汇渔业减排的认知度越高、认为碳汇渔业应得到补偿的程度越高的养殖业主越倾向于参与碳汇渔业;而养殖业主的年龄、家庭劳动力人数、养殖年限、销售状况、对当前气候与环境的关注程度、气候与环境变化对生活的影响和对渔业固碳作用的了解情况对参与意愿影响不显著。在此基础上,提出加强碳汇渔业的基础科学研究,建立碳汇渔业的生态补偿制度,尽快就渔业碳汇交易市场的建设进行试点工作等提升养殖业主参与意愿、促进海洋碳汇渔业发展的对策建议。 Based on the survey data of 475 coastal aquaculture owners in Shandong Province, the results of the Logit regression model show that the willingness of marine aquaculture households to participate in carbon sink fisheries is not too strong,and those willing to participate in the carbon sink fisheries account for 27.8%;the survey samples show that the mariculture owners who have a higher level of education, a greater proportion a their aquaculture income in the total household income, a larger scale of farming and their aquaculture farms are in the demonstration area, recognize the great effect of the climate and environmental change on the fishery production, have a formal way of understanding the actions both at home and aboard in response to the climate and environmental change, have higher awareness of emission reduction and a stronger desire to get compensation for the carbon sink fishery, would be more inclined to participate in the carbon sink fishery ;while the farming owner's age ,the number of family laborers, breeding period, sales status, the concern over the climate and environment, and the understanding of the impact of climate and environment change on fisheries and life, and the effect of carbon fixation do not have significant influence on the willingness to participate. In order to promote marine carbon sink fisheries development,the government should strengthen scientific research into the carbon sink fisheries, establish ecological compensation system of carbon sequestration fishery, and carry out as soon as possible the pilot work on the construction of fishery carbon sequestration market to improve farming owners willingness to participate.
