摘要
本文通过影子价格法建立了碳汇渔业碳补偿额度模型，以山东海水贝类养殖业为例，计算了2001-2009年的海水贝类养殖业的碳补偿额度。从2001年到2008年，山东海水贝类养殖业碳补偿额呈上升趋势，2008年到2009年呈轻微下降趋势。经济的增长、物价的上涨、生态环境的恶化以及人们对生活要求的提高等是促使碳补偿额度上升的原因，2008年山东近海海域生态环境的好转是其碳补偿的资金额度略有下降的主要原因。总体来说，碳补偿需求越来越大，应得到更多重视。转变传统渔业养殖的成本收益观念，建立全国范围的碳补偿基金等是保证碳汇渔业碳补偿合理发展的策略。
This paper applied shadow price model in the carbon compensation amount of Carbon Sink Fisheries, and took the seawater shellfish aquaculture industry of Shandong Province as an example. It showed that from 2001 to 2008, the carbon compensation amount of the seawater shellfish aquaculture industry growth, of Shandong Province was increasing all the time, but it fell down slightly in 2009. The economic rising price, ecological degradation and increasing requirement of people＇s life level were the reasons for the increasing carbon compensation amount. And the improving ecological environment of the related sea area made the slight drop of carbon compensation amount. Overall, the carbon compensation was larger and larger, and it should get more attention. Changing the traditional concept of cost and income of fishery breeding, and establishing a nationwide carbon compensation fund were specific strategies and the advice to ensure the reasonable development of carbon compensation.
