摘要
本文针对某煤矿3410工作面煤层赋存特点,从工作面通讯系统、液压支架自动控制、采煤机自动控制、综采设备协同运行方式和高效的开采工艺等多个方面进行综合性研究,设计综采工作面自动化开采。采取关键技术重点攻关创新、先进成熟技术集成整合相结合的方式进行研究,重点解决在复杂地质条件下工作面快速连续推进难题,实现工作面高效自动化连续开采。

Wang Jin long ( Arashi county, shanxi coking coal group, is the coal co., LTD ) Abstract: In this paper, according to the characteristics of a certain coal mine 3410 working fac^e of coal seam occurrence from working face communication system, automatic control, automatic control of shearer, hydraulic support fully mechanized equipment collaborative operation mode and efficient mining technology is a comprehensive research on the several aspects such as, design automation of fully mechanized working face in mining. Key technical key research innovation, integration of the combination of advanced and mature technology integration, focus on working face under the complex geological conditions of rapid continuous advance problem, realize high automation continuous min- ing working face.
