摘要
3D打印技术是目前科研和商业领域的热点之一,可直接由CAD数据快速精确的制造出复杂几何形状的产品。在医学上主要应用于医学模型、骨骼、器管和细胞打印。目前CT技术虽然可以通过软件实现三维成像,但难以用于手术模拟。3D打印技术的迅猛发展使得实体医学模型的获得成为可能。本文提出了基于CT扫描图片通过3D打印技术制作透明静脉血管模型的方法。该方法主要依据患者的CT切片图,通过MATLAB、CAD等软件建立血管的三维点云以及立体模型,并成功用3D打印方法制造出两种不同精密度的血管模型,还原真实的锁骨下静脉、颈内静脉以及头臂静脉的人体血管结构。此模型建立为锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术的手术模拟和改进提供了便利,同时该方法亦适用其他人体血管3D模型的制作。
3D printing is one of hotspots in scientific research and commercial area due to that any products with complex shapes can be rapidly and 'accurately manufactured. In medical domain, 3D printing is used to fabricate medical model, bone, organ and cell. Nowadays three dimension pictures can be achieved with using Computed Tomography ( CT ) via professional software. However, it is difficult to simulate operation. In this paper we developed a method to prepare transparent vein models using 3D printing. The method was based on patients' CT slice graphs, and a 3D point cloud model and 3D virtual model were firstly designed by software such as MATLAB and CAD, and then two kinds of vein models in different precision degrees were successfully fabricated by 3D printer. The vein models can clearly display the detailed structure of subclavian vein, internal jugular vein and brachiocephalic vein, and would help to simulate operation and promote the method of subclavian vein catheterization. Besides, the method can be easily employed to make other vein model.
