摘要
目的评价3D打印骨科钛合金的亚慢性全身毒性。方法 40只SD大鼠随机分为2组,以尾静脉注射途径进行亚慢性全身毒性试验。通过对大鼠体质量、血液学、临床生化、脏器系数、组织病理学检测等指标,综合分析3D打印骨科钛合金的亚慢性全身毒性。结果两组大鼠均未观察到有生物学意义的异常指标。结论本研究评价的3D打印骨科钛合金未观察到亚慢性全身毒性。
Objective To evaluate the sub-chronic systemic toxicity of 3D printed orthopedic titanium alloy. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups and the sample was administrated by intravenous route. The results of body weight,hematology,clinical chemistry,organ coefficient and histopathology were collected and analyzed to determine the sub-chronictoxicity of the 3D printed orthopedic titanium alloy. Results No biological adverse indicators were observed in the two groups. Conclusion The tested 3D printed orthopedic titanium alloy has no sub-chronic systemic toxicity.
