摘要
如今,"最后一公里"物流配送问题越发凸显,成为了物流配送环节的痛点。对此,本文通过实际查阅调查的方式,阐述了现有配送模式的现状及发展趋势,深度分析了配送过程中存在的问题及原因,并从运输路径、车辆配载、物流需求预测、循环取货等角度,提出了相关改进建议,以希望优化配送服务。
Today, the last mile logistics and distribution issues become more prominent. And it has become part of the pain points of logistics and distribution. As for, based on the actual inspection and investigation, this paper sheds light on the existing distribution patterns of the status and development trend. And the paper also analyses the problems and reasons of last mile delivery process deeply. From the transportation route, vehicle loading, logistics demand forecast model, milk-run perspective, the paper gives relevant suggestions for improvement so that can optimize delivery service.
