摘要
为实现化工剩余污泥的有效治理,采用湿式氧化法进行间歇处理,考察了温度和氧化剂用量对污泥处理效果的影响。通过实验确定最佳的工艺条件为:污泥总COD(化学需氧量)21230mg/L,反应温度为240℃,反应时间为60min,氧气用量为1.1倍理论需氧量。在此条件下,总COD去除率达到71.3%,污泥体积减少84%,液相(五日生化需氧量)BOD5/COD为0.56,可生化性显著提高。湿式氧化法是治理化工剩余污泥的有效处理技术。
The experimental study was carried out for effective treatment of chemical excess activated sludge. The sludge was treated in a batch reactor by wet air oxidation process. The effects of operational conditions inclu ding temperature and oxidant dose on sludge treatment were investigated. The optimum operational conditions were as follows: total COD 21230mg/L, reaction temperature 240-C, reaction time 60min, oxygen dose 1.1 SOR(stoi chiometric oxygen requirement). Under these conditions, total COD removal rate was 71.3%, Sludge volume de- creased by 84%, liquid BODs/COD was 0.56, the biodegradability of discharge was significantly improved. The re sults showed that wet air oxidation process is effective for chemical excess activated sludge treatment.
