Treatment of MBR Effluent of Landfill Leachate with Iron-loaded Electric Fenton Cathode

摘要 制备了以乙炔黑为载体、铁盐为催化剂、泡沫镍为骨架的电芬顿阴极,并通过X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等进行表征。以垃圾渗滤液MBR出水为处理对象,采用改良阴极电Fenton法,研究对其COD的去除影响,在单因素实验的基础上,以响应面法进一步优化反应条件,并对反应前后MBR出水进行了光谱表征分析、结果表明,所制备电极化学性质稳定,催化效果良好,在初始pH为4,极板间距1.42cm,外加电压14.36V的优化条件下,COD去除率可达到92.50%,水中大部分长链、芳怪类物质被分解,类腐殖酸、类富里酸、可溶的类微生物活动副产物等复杂有机物被有效去除。 The electro-Fenton cathode with acetylene black as carrier, ferric salt(Fe SO4·7 H2 O) as catalyst and foam nickel as skeleton was prepared and characterized by XRD and SEM-EDS. Taking the MBR effluent of landfill leachate as the treatment object, the effect of modified cathode electro-Fenton method on the removal of COD was studied. On the basis of single factor experiment, the reaction conditions were further optimized by response surface method, and the MBR effluent before and after the reaction was characterized and analyzed by spectrum. The results showed that, the prepared electrode had stable chemical properties and good catalytic effect. Under the optimum conditions of p H was 4, plate spacing was 1.42 cm and applied voltage was14.36 V, the COD removal rate could reach 92.50%. Most of the long chain and aromatic hydrocarbons in wastewater were decomposed, and complex organic matters such as humic acid, fulvic acid, and soluble microbial by-product-like were effectively removed.
