摘要
目的探讨急性细菌性结膜炎患者采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗临床疗效,并观察其对细菌的清除效果。方法回顾性分析医院2013年12月-2015年12月急性细菌性结膜炎患者120例的诊治情况,其中采用0.5%左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗者为对照组;于对照组治疗基础上采用复方血栓通胶囊治疗者为治疗组;双眼患者均选取右眼作为本次观察眼,单眼患者的另外眼需预防性用药。两组患者均治疗1周,于治疗后1d统计两组临床疗效,并通过采集标本进行细菌培养来判断细菌清除率;记录两组患者平均治愈时间及治疗期间所发生的不良反应。如治疗不到1周且患者临床症状、体征消失者可结束临床试验观察,并对药物疗效加以评价,按痊愈统计。对两组患者治疗期间所收集的数据均进行t或χ2检验。结果治疗组治疗临床有效率93.3%明显高于对照组75.0%,(P<0.05);经细菌培养结果显示,治疗组与对照组分别培养60株,经治疗后,治疗组细菌清除率96.7%明显高于对照组83.3%,(P<0.05)。治疗组平均治愈时间为(3.11±0.98)d明显短于对照组(6.47±1.22)d,(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均发生眼部瘙痒感和眼部刺激感,但症状较轻,未影响后续治疗及本研究结果。结论应用复方血栓通胶囊联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎临床疗效显著且安全,该方法可提高细菌清除率,加速患者康复,提高临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin eye drops combined with compound xueshuangtong capsule on treatment of patients with acute bacterial infectious conjunctivitis and observe the effect on bacterial clearance.METHODS The status of diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients with acute bacterial infectious conjunctivitis who were treated in the hospital from Dec 2013 to Dec 2015 was retrospectively analyzed,the patients who were treated with 0.5 % levofloxacin eye drops were assigned as the control group,and the patients who were given compound xueshuangtong capsule on the basis of the treatment of the control group were set as the treatment group.The right eye of the patient with both trouble eyes was selected as the observation eye,the other eye of the monocular patients was treated with antibiotics prophylaxis.The patients in both groups were treated for 1 week,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed after the treatment for 1 day,the specimens were collected for bacterial culture so as to determine the bacterial clearance rate,the mean cure time and incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.The clinical trial observation should be ended if the clinical symptoms and physical signs disappeared after the treatment for less than 1 week,the effect of the drugs was evaluated and statistically analyzed according to the cure rate;the t test or chi-square test was performed for the data that were collected during the treatment period.RESULTS The effective rate of clinical treatment of the treatment group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）.The result of the bacterial culture indicated that 60 strains of bacteria were respectively cultured in the treatment group and the control group,and the bacterial clearance rate of the treatment group was 96.7% after the treatment,significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group （P〈0.05）.The mean cure time of the treatment group was （3.11t0.98） days,
