摘要
为明确植物诱抗剂BTH不同处理方式对葡萄果实品质的影响。以避雨栽培条件下的‘红地球’葡萄为试验材料,在葡萄转色初期进行不同浓度(30mg/L,60mg/L和120mg/L)的BTH喷穗处理(FO)和全树喷施(FT)处理,研究BTH不同浓度和处理方式对‘红地球’葡萄的果实形态指标(纵径、横径和单果重),颜色指标(L~*,a~*、b~*、C和h°,CIRG),可溶性总糖含量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比、pH值、总酚和类黄酮含量的影响。试验结果表明,BTH各种处理方式均可显著提高葡萄果面的颜色指数CIRG(18.30%~41.91%),总花色素苷(21.21%~117.42%)、总酚(43%~64%)和类黄酮(7.75%~26.36%)含量。将单果重、果形指数、可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、可滴定酸、固酸比、总花色素苷、CIRG、总酚和类黄酮等10个指标作为综合评价指标,采用隶属函数值法对BTH各种处理后的葡萄果实品质进行了综合评价,结果显示‘红地球’葡萄在果实转色初期不同浓度BTH两种喷施方式(FO或FT)均可提高‘红地球’葡萄果实的综合品质,打分排序结果为FO-60>FO-120>FO-30>FT-30>FT-60>FT-120>CK,果穗喷施(FO)处理的整体效果要好于全树喷施(FT)处理,以60mg/L BTH果穗喷施(FO)处理效果最好。
In order to clarify the effect of different spraying methods of plant elicitor BTH on the fruit quality ofgrape, Grape fruit (cv. Red globe) in rain shelter cultivation was used as materials, in the veraison of grape, fruit spraying only treatment (F0) and full tree spraying treatment (FT) of BTH (30mgL, 6 0m gL and 120 m g L )were carried out to study the fruit morphological indexes (vertical diameter, transverse diameter and fruit weight),color index (L*, a *, b *,C and h , CIRG), soluble total sugar content, soluble solids content, acidity and solid-acid ratio, solid acid ratio, pH value, total phenol and flavonoid content. The results showed that BTH has significantly improved the color index of CIRG (1 8 .3 0% -41.91 %) ,total anthocyanin ( 21.21% - 117. 42% ),total phenolics (43% -64% ) and the total of flavonoids (7 . 75% -26. 36% ) . The indexes of fruit weight, fruit shape index, soluble solids, soluble total sugar, titratable a cid, solid acid ratio, total ancyanin , CIRG, total phenol and flavonoid were used as comprehensive evaluation indexes, ^ fe c t of different spra-ying methods of plant elicitor BTH on the fruit quality of grape comprehensively evaluated, using membership func-tion method. The results showed that the both BTH spray patterns (FOor FT ) could improve the comprehensivequality of the ‘ Red globe’ grape fruit in the early stage of the fruit rotation, and the results were FO-60〉 FO-120 〉 FO-30〉 FT-30〉 FT-60〉 FT-120〉 C K , the overall effect of FO treatment was better than that of F treatment, and the treatment with 60mg /L BTH (FO ) was the best.
