摘要
目的识别重庆某精细化工有限公司的主要职业病危害因素及危害程度,分析其对劳动者健康的影响,对职业病防护措施进行分析与评价。方法通过职业卫生现场调查和职业卫生现场检测方法,对该化工有限公司的职业病危害进行现状评价。结果现场检测结果显示,离心岗和污水处理岗噪声8 h等效声级分别为86.8~88.2 dB(A)、97.3~99.0 dB(A),超过国家标准;精烘车间包装岗位粉尘短时间接触浓度(C_(STEL))3 d测量最大值为18.5 mg/m^3,超过国家标准。结论该化工企业主要职业病危害因素是噪声和粉尘,其强(浓)度均超过国家标准。通过设置职业病危害防护措施,加强职业卫生管理,职业病危害因素多数能得到有效控制。
[Objective] To identify the main occupational hazards and their damage level of a fine chemical enterprise in Chongqing City, and to analyze and evaluate the effect of occupational disease protection measures. [Methods] By using the occupational health field investigation and the occupational health field detection method, the occupational hazards of this enterprise was evaluated. [Results] The testing resuhs showed that the 8h equivalent sound level of centrifugal and sewage treatment posts were 86.8-88.2 dB (A),97.3-99.0 dB (A), over the national standards. The CSTEL 3 d maximum value of packaging post in fine dust baking workshop was 18.5 mg/m3 which exceeded the national standard. [ Conclusion ]The main occupational hazards are noise and dust in this enterprise whose intensity (concentration) are over national standards. By setting the occupational disease hazard protection measures, strengthening the management of occupational health, most occupational hazards can be effectively controlled.
