In the late 1950s, educational reforms were in full swing in both the United States and the Soviet Union, and the high intensity of their reforms was inseparable from the "Cold War". On the one hand, educational reform is a form through which the United States and the Soviet Union responded to the Cold War and competed with each other, and thus bringing about an intemational "educational reform tide". On the other hand, educational reform has also promoted the mutual exchange and reference of educational experience between the two countries, and to some extent, alleviated the tension and hostile' state between the two sides. Through this tide of educational reform, we can see the importance of education in a country and its influencing factors, and their experience is of referential significance for our country.
