摘要
上辅机是用于轮胎橡胶生产时供给胶料的设备。本文介绍了一种以sigma-delta模数转换器、冲击滞空分量提取模型称重算法与双螺旋机械结构为核心的控制技术,有效解决目前上辅机缺陷。此方法可有效地控制双螺旋输送器的速度,提高密炼上辅机的称重精度,以便达到提高密炼效率与效益。
Auxiliary equipment is used to feed materials in rubber tire production line. This paper introduces a control technology that is sigma-deha ADC, weighing algorithm of impact momentum extraction model and mechanical structure of the double helix. It is can effectively solve some defect on auxiliary equipment. This method ean effectively control the speed of the double helical conveyor. So that it can improve weighing accuracy of auxiliary equipment and effieieney and effectiveness of mixing.
