聚丙烯降黏剂的应用与研究

Application and Research on Viscosity Reducer for Polypropylene

摘要 研究了降黏剂对聚丙烯(PP)流动性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:降黏剂能够有效地提高PP的流动性,并且对PP力学性能的影响相对较小。当降黏剂的含量为2.64%时,熔体流动速率提高了100%。加入降黏剂后,PP的拉伸强度和弯曲强度降低的幅度在1~3 MPa,而冲击强度降低的幅度在1~3 kJ/m2,提高了PP的断裂伸长率。 The effects of viscosity reducer on the liquidity and mechanical properties of Polypropylene(PP) were studied.The results show that the viscosity reducer can effectively improve the liquidity,and has slightly effect on mechanics properties of PP.When the content of viscosity reducer is 2.64%,the MFR of PP is increased by 100%.With the addition of viscosity reducer,the decreased degree of tensile strength and bending strength of PP is 1~3 MPa,and the decreased degree of impact strength is 1~3 kJ/m2,and then the elongation at break of PP is improved.
