摘要
目的探讨情景模拟考核方法在临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取西安交通大学医学院2011级五年制和2010级七年制临床医学专业共119名学生为研究对象。将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组61人,采用情景模拟考核;对照组58人,采用传统临床考核方法。采用问卷调查结果和考试成绩相结合进行效果评价。结果实验组学生的考试成绩高于对照组学生,两组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,在提高临床综合能力、提高医患沟通能力、加强人文关怀理念、提高学习兴趣、加强团队合作能力方面,实验组学生的评价高于对照组学生;在强化理论概念、适应考试方式方面,实验组学生的评价低于对照组学生。结论情景模拟考核方法有助于提高实习医生临床综合能力,激发学习兴趣,加强医患沟通能力,促进团队合作能力的提高和人文关怀理念的培养。
Objective We explored the effect of the scenario simulation assessment on clinical teaching. Methods 119 clinical medicine interns from Xi' an Jiaotong University specializing in clinical medicine in 201l grade five years and 2010 grade seven years were randomized into experimental group and control group. The interns from experimental group received the scenario simulation assessment ( SSA 61 persons) , and those from control group received traditional assessment (TA 58 persons). The effect was analyzed by questionnaire and test scores. Results The experimental group performed better than the control group. The differences in scoring above were all statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ). The SSA group performed better than that of the TA group in clinical comprehensive ability, doctor-patient communica- tion, concept of humanistic concern, interest in study, and team cooperation ability. But in the strengthe- ning of the concept of theory, adaptation of the test model, the SSA group is worse than the TA group. Conclusions The scenario simulation assessment can effectively improve the clinical comprehen- sive ability of interns, promote the learning interest, and strengthen the ability of communication between doctors and patients, strengthen the ability of team work and develop the concept of humanistic care. It' s advantageous to cultivate practical talents for clinical medicine.
