摘要
采用滇西地区9个滇橄榄自然居群的种子开展育苗试验,定期测定其苗高、地径,应用Logistic方程拟合其生长过程,以揭示其子代苗期生长节律,为其良种选育研究及苗木产业化生产奠定基础。结果表明,各居群子代苗高和地径生长过程均呈现"S"型曲线,符合Logistic方程;各居群子代幼苗地径、高的速生期分别为70~88d和42~60d,前者平均比后者长28d,两者速生期生长量占总生长量的比例均在55%以上;各居群子代苗高和地径生长特性存在明显差异,以瑞丽市半宁村居群表现最佳,其苗高和地径的速生期开始早、持续时间长,生长拐点出现早,表现出较强的适应性。
A seedling cultivation trial was conducted for Phyllanthus emblica by using the seeds collected from nine natural populations in western Yunnan. Seedling height (H) and root collar diameter (RCD) were measured periodically~ their growth processes were simulated with Logistic function, and growth rhythm of seedling progeny were further analyzed for these populations, aiming to provide technical sup- ports for breeding and large-scale seedling production of this species. The results showed that the growth processes of H and RCD of seedling progenies from these natural populations of P. emblica tended to be of "S"-style curves,and fitted to Logistic equation. The fast-growing stages of the RCD and H lasted for 78-- 88 and 42--60 d,respectively,and RCD was in average 98 d,longer than H. The amounts of RCD and H in- crements during the fast-growing stage were all above 55 % of the total growth. Significant differences in H and RCD of seedling progenies were observed among the populations studied. Seedling progenies from Ban- ning Village,Ruili City (P6) performed the best, and demonstrated strong adaptability, their fast-growing stage started earlier, lasted longer, and the inflation points of their growing curves emerged earlier.
