基于三阶段DEA模型的云南有色金属产业效率影响机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文运用三阶段DEA模型,对2005—2014年我国31个省市有色金属产业的效率进行测度,揭示了云南有色金属产业效率偏低的主要原因。结果表明:一方面,外部环境因素对有色金属产业的规模效率影响显著,其中一、三产业占比情况对产业生产有较大的积极影响;另一方面,剔除环境因素和随机干扰之后,云南有色金属产业综合技术效率波动明显,综合技术效率在全国排名较后,与纯技术效率的趋势较为吻合,同时规模效率在全国范围内也排名靠后。研究发现,纯技术效率较低是影响云南有色金属产业效率相对较低的主要原因,云南有色金属产业效率亟需提升管理水平,提高资源利用效率。 Based on three-stage DEA model, the paper analyzes and compares the efficiency of Yunnan nonferrous metal industry by measuring the efficiency of non-ferrous metals industry in 31 provinces and cities from 2005 to 2014, which reveals the main reasons for the low efficiency of Yunnan nonferrous metal industry. The results show that, on the one hand, the external environmental factors have significant effects on the scale efficiency of the non-ferrous metal indus- try, among which the proportion of primary industry has a positive effect on the industrial production. On the other hand, after eliminating environmental factors and random interference, the comprehensive technical efficiency of Yun- nan nonferrous metal industry fluctuates obviously from 2005 to 2014, the development situation is not stable enough. In addition, the comprehensive efficiency ranks behind the whole country, and the trend of pure technical efficiency is more in line with, and the scale efficiency ranks behind the whole nation. It is found that the low efficiency of pure technology is the main reason for the relatively low efficiency of Yunnan non-ferrous metal industry. With the gradual expansion of production scale of Yunnan non-ferrous metal industry, the industrial management level and technological progress have not been improved simultaneously, and the different departments don't achieve better coordination. Therefore, the improvement of Yunnan non-ferrous metal industry needs to start from the management level and im- prove the utilization efficiency of resources.
