摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中乌洛托品的方法。样品经甲醇-磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液超声提取,以梯度甲醇-磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液为流动相,经C8色谱柱分离,DAD检测器检测计算乌洛托品含量。在5~200μg/mL范围内样品中乌洛托品浓度和210 nm紫外光吸收强度呈良好线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,方法检出和定量下限分别为0.1μg和0.2μg,方法回收率为95.6%~103.3%,RSD小于2.8%。该方法快速、准确、简便,适于测定化妆品中乌洛托品的含量。
A method of determination content of Urotropin in cosmetics by HPLC was developed. The samples wereextracted with methanol-Nail2 PO4 buffer solution by ultrasonic, separated with methanol- Nail2 PQ buffer solution bygradient elution using C8 column, and determined by the DAD detector. The linear relation of Urotropin concentration andUV absorption at 210 nm was good With the squaredcorrelation coefficient ( R2 ) great than 0. 999. The LOD and QOD were0. 1 μg and 0. 2 txg, and the recovery rate was in range of 95.6% - 103.3% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) lessthan 2. 8%. The method is fast, accurate, convenient, and suitable for Urotropin content determination in cosmetics.
