摘要
测量海洋生物的黏附力可以为海洋污损生物防除、研发防水黏结剂和抗黏附材料提供重要的参考意义。但是目前还没有测量活体生物黏附力的成本低廉的实验设备。该文设计一套通过准静态加载测量海洋污损生物黏附力的简易实验台。本实验台操作简单、成本低廉,能够完成多种海洋生物黏附力测试且易于推广到其他力学实验教学。
Marine fouling organisms attached to sea water facilities are the important factors affecting the safety and service life of marine facilities.Measuring the adhesion of marine organisms can provide important references for the prevention and control of marine fouling organisms, and the development of waterproof binder and anti-adhesive materials.But at present, there is no experimental equipment for measuring the bioadhesive capacity of living organisms.A simple experimental rig for measuring the adhesive force of marine fouling organisms by quasistatic loading is designed.The experimental rig is of simple operation and low cost, and can complete the variety of marine biological adhesive tests, which can also be easily used for other mechanics experimental teaching.
