摘要
电动汽车动力电源系统在低温环境下工作,需通过外部加热的方式改善动力电池的低温充放电性能。在目前电动汽车行业内,动力电池系统采用的加热方式有很多种,主要介绍了一种利用PTC加热技术,通过改进电路设计和优化热管理控制方法,进一步提升PTC的加热效果,充分发挥动力电源系统的低温充放电性能,对电动汽车动力电源系统热管理发展具有巨大的推动作用。
The power supply system of electric vehicle at low temperature environment need to improve the charge and discharge performance of power battery by means of external heating. In the current electric vehicle industry, there are many kinds of heating ways for power battery system. A design scheme using PTC heating was introduced. By improving the circuit design and optimization of thermal management strategy, the PTC heating effect was improved, and the charge and discharge performance at low temperature of power supply system was utilized, promoting the thermal management development of electric vehicle power supply system.
