摘要 设计、开发并研制出了小型便携式质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)电源系统,该系统采用常压空气为氧化剂,可逆金属氢化物储氢器来存储、供应氢气,并采用单片机作为核心控制单元的高效、可靠的电池管理系统来实现各子单元的协调控制。对研制出的200W便携式质子交换膜燃料电池系统演示样机进行了一系列性能测试,包括氢气压力、尾气排放、风扇高度、氢气增湿以及系统热管理对便携式PEMFC系统性能的影响,发现了影响便携式PEMFC系统性能的关键问题,并提出了解决方案。 The whole miniature portable proton exchange membrane fuel celI(PEMFC) system was designed and developed. In the system, ordinary-press air was adopted as the oxidizer, reversible metal hydride storage tank was adopted to store and supply hydrogen, the high-efficiency and reliability power management system was adopted to harmonize and control sub-units of the system, in which a single chip microcomputer was adopted as the central control unit, The 200 W demo prototype was developed, a series of performance testing experiments including hydrogen press, exhaust gas discharge, fan height, hydrogen humidifying and system thermal management were done on the prototype. The key questions on restricting power system performance were found and the resolution scheme was provided.
