摘要
技能文化是指求技者通过对专业技术的专心探究,不断获得技术进步或突破,为社会发展奉献智慧和力量,从而实现自身价值,获得社会认可和尊重的一种精神追求和实践行为。技能文化具有实用性、持续性、激励性和创新性等鲜明特征。技能文化建设的有效途径包括专业设置紧贴市场,明确坚定职业理想,赛事提升技能追求,强化师徒培养模式,建立校企人才共育体系,培育创业技能优势等。
Skill culture refers to the technical skills through the exploration of the concentrate on specialized technology, continuous technological progress or breakthrough, dedication, wisdom and strength for the development of the society, so as to realize their own value, a spiritual pursuit to get social recognition and respect and practice.Skill culture has the characteristics of practicality, sustainability, motivation and innovation. The effective ways of skill cultural construction skills include professional setting close to the market, clear and firm occupation ideal, event skills pursuit, strengthen the mentoring training mode, establish enterprise talent cultivation system, cultivate entrepreneurial skills advantages.
