摘要
鸢尾素(irisin)是新发现的一种运动诱导细胞因子,由Ⅲ型纤连蛋白结构域5(fibronectin typeⅢdomain-containing protein 5,FNDC5)经蛋白酶水解后形成。Irisin分布广泛,具有诱导白色脂肪组织棕色化、改善胰岛素抵抗以及提高认知等功能。最新研究发现,irisin与许多肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关,提示irisin可被作为肿瘤诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。因此,研究irisin在肿瘤中的作用可能对肿瘤防治具有重要意义。本文就irisin在肿瘤中作用的研究进展进行综述。
Irisin, a newly discovered cytokine induced by exercises, is proteolytically cleaved from fibronectin type Ⅲ domain-containing 5 (FNDC5). Irisin is widely distributed and has the functions including browning white adipose tissues, ameliorating insulin resistance and improving cognition. However, the latest studies have found that irisin is closely associated with the occurrence and development of various tumors, suggesting that irisin may be a potential target for tumor diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, it is significant to study the relationship between irisin and tumors for the prevention and treatment of tumor. This paper summarizes the progress in the role of irisin in tumors.
